Words of Wisdom for Pink Ribbon Readers

The details of the gathering don’t matter; what matters is that you gather.
I composed these words of wisdom after being inspired by Liz Strauss at Successful Blog and her 25 Words of Work/Life Wisdom Writing Project.
This came at the perfect time for me; a friend of mine turns 40 today and there’s been all kinds of discussion and speculation about how she and others meeting this milestone should celebrate.
I’ve been thinking … it doesn’t matter how you celebrate as long as you do. And doesn’t that hold true for every day life as well? It doesn’t matter how you dine with family as long as you take time to dine. It doesn’t matter what you do with your friends as long as you spend time with friends. The details of the gathering don’t matter; what matters is that you gather.
I think this might become a regular thing of mine here at the Pink Ribbon Review. Want to add your own wisdom in 25 words or less? Go ahead and leave them in the comments … I’m pretty sure Liz will be reading!
