Robin Roberts Shed the Wig on GMA Today

Robin Roberts showed her glorious peach-fuzz covered head today on Good Morning America. I really need to use my DVR on days like these. If you didn’t catch it, head to the above link, and watch the video — it’s awesome.
The backstory: she’s worn her wig on air until today because she wasn’t ready to don that new look all the time.
Today, she first shared video footage of the day she went to get her head shaved in an effort to take control over the hair loss her chemotherapy treatments were causing. The following clips showed her wigless at a variety of celebrity events. When the video ended, Robin sat on the couch, in her gorgeous glory, amidst her GMA peers.
The video, by the way, features a great song by India Arie & Akon, “I am not my hair.”

FYI, Robin is going to donate her wig to someone else now that she no longer needs it. She’ll auction it off and have the proceeds go to a charity that helps people who are financially unable to get that kind of support. I’ll keep you posted if I hear more on that.

What is the name of the “hair food” product Robin Roberst/ABC is using on her hair. Ms. Roberts you look wonderful !!!

This is for Robin Roberts on GMA. I love your hair !!! It is just beautiful. Please tell me if you can what products you use to get that awesome look. I have a 14year old niece that I care for who has diabetes and quite a few other disorders I have had to cut her hair very short and can’t seemed to find the product to give her a healthy look and sheen. Please help me if you can. You look great!! (Watch you every morning) Thank you for your help

Thanks for your comments ladies. I’ve been in touch with Robin’s publicist to find out the name of the product she’s using. I can tell you it is a “hair fertilizer” and clearly, it works like a charm!
