Pink Ribbon Review | Raising Breast Cancer Awareness

Pink Ribbon Readers

Though we are united in our desire for a cure and connected through our shared experience, we are all so different. Some of us are mothers, daughters, sisters or grandmothers. Others among us are friends or fathers or husbands or sons. But we are all touched by this disease and that makes us innately alike. Another survivor once said to me, “cancer is a great normalizer.”

Please, introduce yourself to me and the rest of the Pink Ribbon Review readers via the comment section below. What do you think we, as people touched by breast cancer, share the most?

Hi Karen! I haven’t been touched by breast cancer (that is to say, I haven’t had any personal experience with it) but I thought I’d stop by and introduce myself anyway! I’m Alicia, from Mental Health Notes. Welcome aboard b5media!

(Your header is gorgeous, and I’m very envious of your color scheme - pink is my favorite color!)
